YOGA
In addition to offering countless yoga classes to community residents since 1980, Beckie has taught extensively to special populations such as teachers, preschoolers, ministers, prison inmates, pregnant women, senior citizens, high school and college students, and people with intellectual disabilities. Her yoga, meditation, and stress management classes have been used as integral components of medically approved programs for cardiac rehabilitation, substance abuse recovery, and Olympic athlete training.
